Mellow Yellow

I finished my 9 yellow bear paw blocks for Section 1 of Jane's Rainbow Swap last night. Overall I'm pretty happy with them. You can see the fabric up close here. Sorry swappers, but not all of the points are going to work out perfectly, but it was the best I could do.

Those are beautiful! I'm so excited to do this swap...but now I must get to work on my own blocks! Did you see Nanette's blocks? *squeal* I think I'm going to just use a small strip of sashing, so I can make a wallhanging for my office - this yellow will definitely help to brighten it up!

Perfect, smerfect. I'm not perfect and my points are not! So bring em on. I'm really excited about your block and your color. They turned out really nice. They will go great with my orange ones.

My points are not perfect either...but then, this is a human endeavor of love and enjoyment eh? Hey Jane...send me the one with the most beautiful points that are off!!! I love this bear paw and the colors are so yummy. I live in the golden bear state...this would be what the California Bear Paw would be like!
